What is The Voice?

The Voice is a singing competition show that airs on NBC. The show features four celebrity coaches who mentor a team of singers as they compete for a cash prize and a recording contract. The coaches are Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Kelly Clarkson.

How does The Voice work?

The Voice has four rounds: the Blind Auditions, the Battle Rounds, the Knockout Rounds, and the Live Shows. In the Blind Auditions, the coaches sit with their backs to the stage and listen to the singers perform. If a coach likes what they hear, they can press their button to turn around and select the singer for their team. Each coach can have up to 12 singers on their team.

In the Battle Rounds, the coaches pair up their singers and have them sing a song together. The coach then chooses which singer to advance to the next round. In the Knockout Rounds, the singers compete against each other in a head-to-head sing-off. The coach then chooses which singer to advance to the Live Shows.

In the Live Shows, the remaining singers perform live each week. The audience votes for their favorite singers, and the singer with the most votes each week is saved. The final four singers compete in the finale, and the winner is chosen by the audience vote.
